From 2025.04.01, I join Hokkaido University (北海道大学) as an associate professor. From 2023.10.01-2025.03.31, I was a Project Assistant professor at CVM (Yamasaki Lab), The University of Tokyo (東京大学), Japan. From 2021.06 to 2023.10, I was a Project Researcher at CVM (Yamasaki Lab), The University of Tokyo (東京大学), Japan. In 2020.12, I received my Ph.D. degree at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (华中科技大学), P.R. China. From 2018.10-to 2019.11, I was a visiting student at the University of Queensland, Australia. From 2014.07 to 2015.08, I was a mechanical engineer at BYD Company Limited, P. R. China. My research interests focus on intelligent perception and decision-making. Specifically, I have worked on single-modal fine-grained as well as heterogeneous multimodal perception and decision-making. In addition, I have a strong interest in continual learning, open-world recognition, adversarial attacks, and multimodal large language models.
